I am writing this blog while sitting in room 234 from the OKlahoma Heart Hospital. In my last blog I said I was going to make sure I took pics for my blog… Never thinking I would be taking these pics at 1:00 a.m. I already had a plan for yesterday’s blog but I now have a funny story about our most recent trip to OKC. We left Antlers hospital last night about 8:30 with me following the ambulance. When we get close to OKC I noticed we missed the exit I usually take to get to the hospital . ( and after a few trips… I pretty much know how to get here) haha. I ( along with my GPS) decided they were going to take I – 44 …. Nope … We quickly drove right past that exit also! I remembered Sonny had his cell phone so I dial him up . He’s said they missed their exit so they were going to go down and exit on Kilpatrick tollway. Nope….they missed that exit also …. Finally I called again and asked if the ambulance wanted to pull over and just follow me… Long story longer …. They pulled over …. I got in lead and the ambulance followed me to the hospital . I have always wanted to be a storm chaser …. Might just add ambulance driver to that list ; )
